This is my family’s go to hotel when we are in the Dallas area. We travel very frequently and I don’t think I would ever choose any other hotel! We have never had a problem here, rooms are always clean the staff is very friendly. Nino the security guard always looks out for us, we have a 7 year old with disabilities and he is always on the lookout for us, he finds us close parking so she doesn’t have to walk long distances. From the day we came across Nino he’s treated us like family, and we will forever appreciate that! Thank you again to the staff and everyone for making us feel welcomed each and every time. :)

Stayed here for the Eclipse Wanted to be near centre line I had no car Got a taxi from DFW airport $60 to hotel There is a bus stop arond the corner (222) that runs every 20 minutes to Orange line train for downtown Dallas highly recommend get the Go app great value.Example hotel to DFW return journey bus and dart train $2. All day transport on app for $6. Anyway the hotel rooms are the largest i have seen with the biggest,softest beds. Power showers The staff from reception to dinning room were very polite and attentive to any quiree Will stay here again. Tom

Great if you like being cramped into the one working elevator with a bunch of other people

The elevator situation is terrible! This morning 3 of the four elevators were down, and last night two were. I was on the 21st floor so it seems I spent half my one night stay cramped with lots of other people in elevators that stopped at every other floor. I think the probability of 3 elevators breaking at the same time is low unless they just don’t care at all about maintenance. I’m actually rather concerned about whether these elevators are even safe and will not be staying here again. In addition I’m someone who rarely turnes on the TV as I have little use for live TV, but the TV was also broken, non of the channels seemed to work. I was hoping to get some updates on the cloud cover situation for the eclipse on Weather Channel or something, but no such luck. Had this been a budget hotel I might have been more generous and given it 2-3 stars, but I paid $200 for this room. So yeah, I’ll not be back.

Still here at the Hotel, for a 4 night stay in business trip (super close to Dallas Market Hall), and i must stay the this hotel is great, but the absolute winner are the staff, all of them. But super highlight to Momo, Jesus, Taibin from the Reception/Bar/Restaurant of the hotel. These guys have skills, knowledges and a superb Texan Class that will make you feel at home, and for sure with the will to return. Give these world-class professionals a raise please, they made our stay! Cheers from Portugal!

Clogged shower drain. No hair dryer. No iron. No outlet on the desk. Wall mirror is partially hung over another outlet. Trash cans are way too small. Refrigerator interior was way too small, even for a mini fridge. Housekeeping kept knocking before 9:00 am. We asked the front desk if we could stay an extra night, out of necessity, and were told there were zero rooms available; however, there were plenty of rooms available online. Bonus: There was an emergency evacuation at 4:30 am, because someone on our hallway was burning massive amounts of weed. The whole floor smelled like dead skunks. Not the hotel’s fault, but it did not help improve our stay. We left for a much better experience at the Doubletree, for the same price.
